How to start

About a month from nothing to your first order.

Most of our tenants have never worked in a rented kitchen before. Here is the whole route, with nothing left out.

  1. We talk about what you cook

What food, how many orders a day, what equipment you need. That decides which building and which kitchen suits you.

  2. You come and look

We show you a free kitchen and tell you honestly what is there and what is not. You also meet other tenants and see how the building actually runs.

  3. Contract and keys

We go through the terms: length, deposit and what the rent covers. You get the keys as soon as it is signed.

  4. You register as a food business

The room is built for it, but the notice of economic activities goes to the Agriculture and Food Board in your own company name. We help with the paperwork and tell you what they ask for.

  5. You open on Wolt, Bolt Food and Fudy

The address exists and orders already leave the building today. Adding a new kitchen is quicker when the platform knows the place.

Questions

What people ask us on the phone.

How big is one kitchen?

They vary, and they vary between buildings too. Tell us what equipment you run and we will offer the ones it fits into.

What does the rent include?

The room with extraction, water and power, cleaning of shared areas, equipment maintenance and security. We go through the numbers before the contract, so nothing surprises you.

Do I have to register as a food business myself?

Yes. The room is built and inspected for it, but the notice goes to the Agriculture and Food Board from each company for itself. We help with the paperwork.

Can I run several brands from one kitchen?

Yes, and several tenants do exactly that — one kitchen, several brands on different platforms. It is the quickest way to get more orders out of the same room.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes. The standard fit-out is there and the rest you bring, or we agree to install it. Talk to us first if it needs special delivery or extra power.

How quickly can I open?

If a kitchen is free and your paperwork is in order, within weeks. Your own registration and joining the platforms usually take the longest.
