What's in the kitchen
The room is finished. You bring the knives.
Extraction, a grease trap and three-phase power are the three things that cost the most time and money when you turn an ordinary rental space into a kitchen. Ours are already in and working.
-
Extraction
The hood and ducting are in and working — usually the most expensive and slowest thing to build into a rented space yourself.
-
Water and drainage
Sink, grease trap and hot water. Floors and walls are washable surfaces.
-
Power
Three-phase power for your equipment. Tell us what you run and we will check the building carries it.
-
Stainless steel surfaces
Stainless work surfaces and shelving, a fridge and a freezer. Anything else you bring yourself.
-
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning of shared areas, equipment maintenance and security are included — you only look after your own kitchen.
-
Courier entrance
A separate door and a waiting spot, so couriers never walk into your kitchen.

Real kitchens in our buildings.
Questions
What people ask us on the phone.
How big is one kitchen?
They vary, and they vary between buildings too. Tell us what equipment you run and we will offer the ones it fits into.
What does the rent include?
The room with extraction, water and power, cleaning of shared areas, equipment maintenance and security. We go through the numbers before the contract, so nothing surprises you.
Do I have to register as a food business myself?
Yes. The room is built and inspected for it, but the notice goes to the Agriculture and Food Board from each company for itself. We help with the paperwork.
Can I run several brands from one kitchen?
Yes, and several tenants do exactly that — one kitchen, several brands on different platforms. It is the quickest way to get more orders out of the same room.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes. The standard fit-out is there and the rest you bring, or we agree to install it. Talk to us first if it needs special delivery or extra power.
How quickly can I open?
If a kitchen is free and your paperwork is in order, within weeks. Your own registration and joining the platforms usually take the longest.
